Managing Director – USA (Photonics or Semiconductor Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and drive revenue and profit growth in the U.S. market

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and service team

• Manage and expand relationships with customers, distributors, and partners

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives

• Drive commercial growth across diverse customer groups

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

• Align business operations with corporate strategy and global leadership

• Optimize internal processes for efficiency and market competitiveness

• Manage dealer and agency networks in the Americas

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations

Managing Director – USA (Photonics or Semiconductor Exp. Req.) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Business, or related is required

• Industry experience in photonics and/or semiconductors is required

• 2 years of business development or operations, including a senior-level role is required

• Ability to support calls with the European team outside of core hours, as needed, is required

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% is required

• Ability to work on-site at the NH office is required (initially 100%, long-term hybrid WFH 2 days/wk.)
