Medical Spa Manager Responsibilities
• Oversee daily spa operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of wellness professionals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Manage payroll, budgets, and financial reporting to meet clinic goals
• Handle client feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain a superior standard of customer service
• Develop and implement strategies for team cohesion, workflow efficiency, and business growth

Medical Spa Manager Qualifications
