Project Manager, Commercial Electrical Responsibilities
• Oversee multi-family and commercial electrical projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Conduct take-offs, voltage calculations, and power studies
• Coordinate labor, materials, and deliveries to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs and change orders
• Work with estimating teams on project changes and cost control
• Attend project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders
Project Manager, Commercial Electrical Qualifications
• 3 years of electrical project management experience required
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors required
• Experience with electrical take-offs, estimating, and blueprint reading required
• Experience conducting power studies and voltage calculations required
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations required
• Proficiency in Excel and project management software required
• Valid driver’s license required
