Senior Estimator (HVAC Estimating exp req; 100% Paid Family Medical!) Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, and owners
• Prepare quality estimates by reviewing specs, equipment, materials, and project requirements
• Negotiate and adjust proposals to meet customer needs
• Promote company services
• Secure bid opportunities
• Attend pre-bid job walk meetings and site inspections
• Coordinate with the engineering team on both new and ongoing projects
• Ensure accuracy in all project cost estimates and documentation
• Collaborate with internal project teams
• Manage communications and follow-ups with all stakeholders throughout the process
• Lead and support junior estimators to strengthen their skills and knowledge
Senior Estimator (HVAC Estimating exp req; 100% Paid Family Medical!) Qualifications
• 5 years of HVAC estimating experience required
• 1 years of management experience required
• Experience estimating commercial and industrial projects required
• Knowledge of bidding software required
