With a high EQ, strong attention to detail and hands-on execution skills, you will refine the product vision, develop the strategic roadmap, and guide the team through launch and scale. Senior Product Manager (B2C Online Community Platform exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Define and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop the strategic roadmap from concept to launch
• Execute the project, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
• Establish key success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to support recommendations
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work on time
• Oversee vendors and manage technical integrations
• Align community needs with business goals to drive engagement and growth
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Ensure product vision consensus
• Oversee development progress
• Ensure team and project is on pace to hit deadlines; provide status updates
• Support user research and testing; enhance product experience
