Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for a Service Manager to add to their growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical in maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Leading a team of seven autonomous, well-tenured technicians, you’ll foster collaboration while maintaining high service standards for approximately 250 clients. This role also includes participating in the leadership team, offering a unique opportunity to shape strategic decisions and contribute to organizational growth. Service Manager (MSP exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Manage a team of seven (7) tier 1 and 2 technicians
• Oversee, triage, and assign service tickets
• Ensure timely resolution and client communication
• Coordinate daily schedules for the technician team
• Monitor service progress
• Report delays and/or updates to clients
• Manage equipment tools and logistics for onsite visits
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm client satisfaction
• Organize incoming deliveries
• Maintain accurate service records
• Participate in special projects
Service Manager (MSP exp. req.) Qualifications
• 2 years of service management experience within an MSP environment required
• Exchange Online (MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) experience required
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware technologies required
• Supervisory or mentorship experience required
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills required
