Architectural Drafting Technician (4 yrs AutoCAD exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Address technical questions regarding panel products and systems
• Assist with internal and third-party system testing
• Develop shop drawings from architectural plans using AutoCAD
• Review shop drawings for compliance with building codes and specifications
• Create fabrication drawings using customized CNC software
• Perform material takeoffs for project quotations
• Manage fabrication projects across engineering and construction teams
Architectural Drafting Technician (4 yrs AutoCAD exp. req.) Qualifications
• 4 years of creating, editing and managing AutoCAD (or similar) drawings experience required
• Experience in the architectural building products industry required
• Familiarity with architectural construction documents and drawings required
• Proficiency with computers, MS Word and Excel required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
