Salary: Base Salary Monthly Uncapped Commission

Travel: Regular Local Travel, 20% overnight (1-2 nights at a time)

Territory / Outside Sales Representative Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Territory /Outside Sales Representative to add to their team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by developing market potential through qualification, relationship building, forecasting, and closing of established customers. You will walk into an established territory, with the expectation that you will maintain and grow the market presence through relationship management and exceptional service. You will be supported by a dedicated assistant available to handle the administrative duties so you can spend your time face-to-face with the customers. Territory / Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments and conduct product presentations to potential customers
• Understand varying requirements of each market segment
• Market segments include Architects & Designers, Fabricators, Dealers, and National Accounts
• Build rapport with existing and prospective accounts to close sales
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and customer service
• Maintain a strong market presence through relationship management and exceptional service
• Work towards achieving quarterly sales goals
Territory / Outside Sales Representative Qualifications
• 3 years of outside sales experience required
• 3 years of natural stone or quartz distribution or fabrication industry experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight within territory required
