Job Summary: The Salon Manager at Twiggs Salon will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating with the salon team to meet the company's financial objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service. We are open to hiring either a full-time or part-time manager depending on the candidate's availability and fit for the role.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations.
  • Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies.
  • Handle administrative duties, including scheduling and reporting.


Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
  • Address client complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.


Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Manage promotional events and activities.
  • Support paid and organic social media marketing efforts, and encourage staff participation in social media outreach.


Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage salon budgets and expenses.
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and manage budgets.
  • Proficient in using salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed.
  • Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or cosmetology is a plus.

Salary : $56,000 - $80,000
