We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Assistant Store Manager at our location in Brookfield, WI. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and ease.
To be eligible for consideration, you must have experience in Retail Management, preferably working with Contemporary Women's Fashion, the confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledge, and a willingness to embrace a true connection with the customer.
Role Outline
Customer Experience
- Create an inviting environment for guests through personal connection and relationship building with the goal of creating customer loyalty and brand advocates.
- Have a passion for trends, designers, and specialty products that can be shared effortlessly to enhance customer experience and team knowledge.
- Foster a service and selling culture with our team through leading by example and hands on team development. Develop staff to be product experts and advocates while leading a successful sales floor.
- Inspire guests through your personal styling during every shift.
- Deliver exceptional Omni-Channel guest experience through meeting order fulfillment expectations, delivering online customer support, and using omni-channel resources to assist in store customers.
Leadership
- Lead with purpose daily by showing up with intention to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Lead by example and set the standard for an energetic pace and positive store culture.
- Motivate and encourage team members with feedback, collaboration, and growth opportunities.
- Be proactive and action-oriented when opportunities present themselves.
- Actively assess business results to achieve sales goals, including developing strategies in areas of opportunity.
Visuals & Operations
- Maintain impeccable visual standards daily that will wow our guests.
- Be proactive on adjusting presentations due to sell through or selling opportunity.
- Participate in executing floorsets and other merchandising updates.
- Planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
- Ensure that all operational standards and deadlines are met daily through taking ownership over sales floor and back of house activities.

Requirements
- Necessary skills: Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, & Store Operations.
- Must be computer proficient and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of relevant retail experience, some Management experience required.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, comfortable with climbing ladders, and ability to work a sales floor for extended period of times.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
