As our Dietary Manager you'll :
Oversee kitchen and dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness and compliance
Create schedules for all dietary staff and manage shift coverage
Hire, train, and supervise the dietary team
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal health and safety regulations
Maintain high standards of food quality and service
Qualifications :
Dietary Manager with at least 2 years of experience - Dietary Manager Certification REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent
Serve Safe certification or equivalent
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a dietary setting
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, nutrition, and sanitation
