What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced LTC Business Office Manager position at Twilight Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation?
Twilight Gardens located in Norwalk, OH is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Business Office Manager (BOM). This position requires LONG TERM CARE experience, insurance verification/billing experience.
Required qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM):
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience as Business Office Director in skilled nursing care.
- Organizational and attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
