Twilight Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a day shift laundry assistant to work 4-5 days a week from 7AM to 330PM. We are a long-term care facility that specializes in individualized care and rehab for our residents. Join our growing team of caring staff to see where your new career can take you! We are looking for a canidate who is a high school graduate (or equivalent), has good communication skills, able to pass a pre employment physical and background (BCI / FBI) check and have prior laundry experience in a long term care setting. Some of the daily duties you will encounter are :
- Wash, dry, fold, sort, and organize resident laundry
- Maintain cleanliness standards and follow facility schedules
- Stock supplies as needed
- Interact with family and visitors of residents
