- Starting pay is $20
- You will receive A LOT of training and support. All training time is paid at $20 an hour.
- You will work 10 hour shifts from 6pm-4am.
- You work schedule will be Saturday-Tuesday (4 days).
- Your days off will be Wednesday - Friday (3 days).
- You will be given a company vehicle with a paid fuel card.
- You will have 80 hours of paid time off.
- You will have path of advancement to a manager position.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and text on the company phone.
- Onboard new team members using our training process.
- Onboard new accounts using our onboarding process.
- You will check in on team members through out the shift to ensure there are no issues and cleaning quality is high.
- You will do Quality Control inspections after cleaning is completed to ensure quality meets our standard.
- You will train team members in under performing areas that are found during the QC inspections.
- You will keep accounts stocked with cleaning supplies and product.
- Your job is not to be cleaner but you will help clean if there is an issue with coverage that shift.
- You will do some preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment. No maintenance experience required.
- You will help transport team members to their next account - if needed.
- Keep our office clean, organized and wash dirty linens using our washer and dryer.
- Holding team members accountable to our policies and issuing disciplinary action when they do not follow those policies.
Requirements
- MUST have a valid drivers license.
- No previous management experience is required.
- Ability to follow a plan. You will learn our cleaning process and will need to train others on it.
- Ability to lead by example - meaning you can roll up your sleeves and help a team member clean when you need to.
- You will be given a lot of resources and support but you need to be able to use those to problem solve issues as they come up.
- You must be comfortable talking to your team about areas they need to improve in. We will teach you our proven techniques on how to have these convos but you need to be comfortable giving constructive feedback / holding people accountable.
