About the job
We are seeking a Talent Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across our Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and DEI teams. This role will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing data from multiple systems, including Eightfold and Workday, to generate insights that improve our talent programs. The ideal candidate has experience working with SQL or Python, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
This role will partner closely with the People Analytics team, which maintains our data lake in Snowflake, ensuring seamless integration of talent data into broader workforce analytics. Additionally, this individual will contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs), helping to assess the effectiveness of our programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll :
- Data Analysis & Insights : Aggregate and analyze talent data to measure the effectiveness of talent programs, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Workforce Planning Support : Prepare data, generate insights, and identify trends to support workforce planning efforts.
- Skills Gap Analysis : Conduct skill gap assessments to inform learning and development strategies.
- Reporting & Visualization : Develop and present reports on talent metrics, program outcomes, and business impact to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to translate data insights into recommendations.
- Process Improvement : Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved data processes, reporting automation, and better program outcomes.

This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 5-10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
