21 Years of age or older
High School Diploma or G.E.D
One year working with adolescents desired, preferably in a group setting
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Possess a Valid Driver’s License.
Description of Key Responsibilities
Supervises residents and ensures that appropriate rules and regulations are followed during on/off campus activities.
Manages residents’ behavior that is consistent with Mindset, the merit system, residential service and safety plans.
Accurately and promptly documents residents’ daily activities including allegations of abuse and neglect.
Teaches independent living skills: housekeeping, proper manners, personal hygiene, dressing appropriately.
Supports the philosophy that promotes strength-based, family and community-focused activities.
Adheres to all PREA standards.
Other Duties as assigned.
