Twin Cities Hope and Healing is a growing healthcare organization committed to providing community-based mental health rehabilitative services to a diverse client population in the Twin Cities Metro area. We are seeking a dedicated Part-time/Full-time ARMHS Clinical Supervisor to offer guidance, supervision, training, and education to mental health practitioners while ensuring compliance with DHS requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid license with the governing health-related licensing board and provide services within the scope of practice.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments/admissions for new clients and updates as necessary.
- Provide individual supervision to ARMHS practitioners as needed and document supervision accurately per DHS guidelines.
- Conduct annual evaluations of ARMHS practitioners and deliver constructive feedback.
- Assist in planning and facilitating monthly group supervision sessions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all mental health services provided.
- Verify that diagnostic assessments, functional assessments, WHODAS, progress notes, and other required documents are completed promptly and in accordance with DHS guidelines.
- Ensure all documentation is signed by the Clinical Supervisor and the ARMHS worker.
- Oversee treatment interventions tailored to client needs, stated in terms of measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with state and county agencies, community providers, and other behavioral health stakeholders.
- Safeguard client privacy by adhering to HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure required (LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT).
- A minimum of 4,000 hours (post-Master’s) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred (must include clinical supervision).
- Valid driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations regarding mental health services, including IRTS Variance.
- Experience conducting diagnostic assessments.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) licensed under section 148B.5301.
