Job Title: Loan Closing Assistant
Job Summary:
The Loan Closing Assistant works directly with the Loan Closing Officer to assist with the closing of commercial real estate transactions for the SBA 504 loan program.
The Loan Closing Assistant and Loan Closing Officer function as a team and combine their expertise to provide a smooth closing process for our Lenders and Borrowers.
The Loan Closing Assistant role requires significant experience in attention to detail, managing documentation, corresponding with Lending Partners, Borrowers, Insurance Companies and Title Companies.
Candidate can advance to a Loan Closer position.
Duties:
· Direct communication with parties involved in commercial real estate transactions
· Daily file maintenance
· Prioritization of daily tasks among changing deadlines and demands
· Gathering required documentation from Lending Partners, Title Companies, and Borrowers
· Ordering Flood Certifications
· Contacting insurance companies to gather updated insurance information
· Assist with preparing closing documents
· Data Entry
· Scanning Documents
Requirements:
· Excellent organizational skills
· Understanding of document recording standards and notary requirements
· Detail-oriented and professional
· Proven ability to multitask and prioritize across numerous on-going transactions

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
