What You’ll Do:
Primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and financial performance for the assigned facilities, with emphasis on production, order fulfillment, plant safety, product quality, customer service, profitability, and continuous improvement. Must be able to identify, understand, analyze, and act on data respecting the key performance indicators, including plant efficiencies, product quality, customer service performance, and financial performance. It is expected that this management will be affected primarily through direct interaction with and supervision of an onsite team. This responsibility also includes maintenance of labor/employee relationships, maintenance of customer and community relationships, and maintenance of a close working relationship with the Corporate Management Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Corporate Management Team in the development of an annual strategic business plan. The plan will consider and include projections of sales and costs, including capital expenditure, as well as personnel and product initiatives.
Work with executive management, corporate personnel, and region managers to promote company objectives to achieve the corporate goals and objectives of the annual business plan.
Ensure that company quality objectives are met on a consistent basis.
Work closely with the production team to direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in production planning, warehousing, inventory management, and shipping to facilitate a timely and accurate order-fulfillment process. Work with the production team to develop new and creative ideas to improve efficiency and productivity in a team environment.
Create & maintain a safe work environment to ensure plant staff, delivery staff, and customer safety. Facilitate monthly safety meetings with staff and work with the corporate safety department to implement new safety policies. Document and report any violations or potential issues
Work closely with Region Manager-Sales and Strategic Account Manager to facilitate a timely and accurate order-fulfillment process in the assigned Business Unit including on-time fulfillment, accurate weights & measures, quality assurance, and superior service.
Provide a quality product delivered on time with maximum effort towards maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Assist with cost control initiatives and development of product standards.
Formulate and recommend new manufacturing processes and procedures, layout and material handling methods.
Participate in the establishment of wage rates and negotiations.
Work with Engineering Department to optimize existing mix designs for assigned Plants.
Implement effective training programs for continuous development of Plant personnel.
Work closely with Corporate Management Team, production personnel, and sales staff to ensure timely market introduction of new products and product modifications.
Communicate, implement, and apply company policies & procedures. Ensure that company quality and safety objectives are met on a consistent basis. Train production workers on procedures and policy as needed.
Develop, implement, and verify standard operating procedures (SOP) for all job-related tasks.
This position will be required to diplomatically manage and resolve employee issues, disputes, lateness/absenteeism, etc. by working collaboratively with the Corporate Human Resources department to follow guidelines and policies.
Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
The position would oversee our Fairless Hills, PA and Bow, NH plants. Some travel with be required.
Other duties as assigned by TCC Group Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational/leadership skills, capable of managing and leading people.

Must be able to read, comprehend, and create complex policies and instructions.
Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence including detailed documentation.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, suppliers, and other employees of the organization, including accurate presentation of technical product information.
Possess ability to effectively conceptualize, plan and organize.
Previous knowledge of developing sales/marketing plans for assigned territory.
Working knowledge of PC Window’s environment, computer literate with the ability to analyze and manage data.
Knowledge/experience in the commercial and residential construction materials industry.
College degree required and 5 years related managerial/manufacturing experience to include front line supervisory experience, management experience, sales experience, and operational/strategic planning experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
