Aftermarket Sales Support
About Twin City Hardware TCH is a market leader in providing door opening, access and security solutions for commercial, architectural, and residential construction projects. We are a medium-size, family-owned business whose top priority is to provide customers with exceptional service.
About This Opportunity TCH is currently looking to replace a crucial role of Aftermarket Sales Support professional. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to organize and manage multiple projects while providing superior customer service. Ideally this role will develop into a Sales or Technical Sales Support role.
Essential Job Functions
- Data input into TCH order entry system (MBC)
- Work with our Key Center to provide information needed to complete production orders
- Process credit card payments
- Learn basic Masterkey process; answer internal and external questions and help troubleshoot
- Assist Aftermarket Sales team with writing quotes and other customer needs
- Attend internal and external training to increase product knowledge of the door and hardware industry
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Requirements
- Basic door and hardware knowledge, preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form, with a focus on strong customer service
- Advanced data management skills
- Proficient with basic computer software in a Windows/ Google based environment, especially spreadsheets and email
- Favorable results from a criminal background check
Working Conditions
Office environment with extended periods of computer work, workstation allows for sitting or standing.
