Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to develop and execute email campaigns and social media content. This role is responsible for crafting engaging marketing emails, managing social media posts, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, tech-savvy, and understands digital marketing trends to drive audience engagement and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule email marketing campaigns using email platforms.
- Write compelling email copy, design layouts, and manage subscriber lists.
- Track email campaign performance, optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Work alongside Digital Marketing team to publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and grow the online community.
- Analyze performance metrics for both email and social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Proven experience in email marketing and social media management preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and social media scheduling tools preferred
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 50% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near and on the production floor. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.
The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
