Summary: Supply chain management is a critical part of TCK’s multi-channel growth strategy. As a Supply Chain Analyst at TCK Sports, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory flow of finished products and raw materials domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for organizing container deliveries from overseas partners, advising raw material purchases, holding weekly meetings reporting on production KPIs, measuring the timeliness of POs, and all post purchase order tracking. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Container Deliveries: Organize and coordinate container deliveries from overseas partners to ensure timely and efficient receipt of goods.
- ·Raw Material Purchases: Analyze and advise on raw material purchases to optimize costs and ensure adequate supply for production needs.
- Production Reporting: Report on production quantities, including KPIs related to the performance of the production process.
- PO Timeliness: Measure the timeliness of import factories' purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Post-Purchase Order Tracking: Track and measure all post-purchase order activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the supply chain process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, or internship.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 50% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move sample bags up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near a warehouse. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.
The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
