Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FBA Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of shipping products to Amazon’s Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) network. This role requires a unique combination of analytical skills and hands-on warehouse support to ensure our inventory is replenished efficiently and accurately.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formatting replenishment quantities into sales orders, creating and managing Amazon FBA shipment plans, and maintaining accurate tracking and status updates. Additionally, you will work closely with our warehouse team to support traditional shipping channels, confirm inventory levels, prepare shipments, and ensure all products are packed correctly and shipped on time. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with both computer-based logistics and occasional warehouse tasks, making sure everything runs smoothly from planning to final delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, inventory management systems, or logistics coordination is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Format replenishment quantities into sales orders to ensure accurate order processing.
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipment plans, ensuring compliance with Amazon's requirements.
- Update tracking information and mark purchase orders as shipped within internal systems.
- Generate and print product and shipping labels for FBA shipments.
- Work with the warehouse team to confirm inventory quantities and verify order accuracy.
- Assist in physically preparing FBA shipments, including picking products, packing boxes, and loading trucks as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all shipments.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies or logistical challenges.
- Monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels and proactively plan replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Support non-Amazon warehouse team as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and inventory management systems.

- Experience with Amazon FBA, order fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot logistical issues.
- Willingness to be physically active when needed, assisting in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 50% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near and on the production floor. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.
The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
