What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Guard position at Twin City Security LLC?
Twin City Security is looking for an Armed Security Officer: Mondays thru Fridays, day time only; positions are located at the Talladega Department of Human Resources building in Talladega Alabama.
Main Responsibilities:
- Protect people and property
- Patrol interior and exterior of building(s)
- Act as a visual deterrent to crime and other undesired activities
- Write detailed incident reports
- Assist supervisor in resolving client issues or escalating issues to management in a timely manner
Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- Be of good moral character
- Pass a pre-employment background investigation/post-offer drug screen
- Be able to obtain and maintain state certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Professional appearance, well groomed and no offensive tattoos
- Must possess current Alabama handgun permit, current Alabama drivers license
- Requires own handgun extra magazine and a security holster. Handgun must be 380, 9mm or at least a 6 shot 38 caliber with two speed loaders.
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. NO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CONVICTIONS. Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must qualify under Alabama State Regulatory Board (ASRB) laws and regulations.

Pay: From $15.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
