We’re hiring a skilled CNC machine operator for a growing manufacturer in Rogers, MN! This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience operating CNC router tables and a strong understanding of machine setup, G-code adjustments, and blueprint reading.
Location: Rogers, MN
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
Wage: $24 – $28/hr., depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of CNC machine operator – router table job:
- Set up and operate CNC router tables for materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and other architectural metals
- Load programs, make tool offsets, and perform minor G-code edits
- Interpret technical shop drawings, blueprints, and part specifications
- Align and secure materials using proper fixtures and supports
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and other tools
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of CNC router table operation (metal or wood; custom fabrication preferred)
- Solid understanding of setup procedures and basic G-code editing
- Proficiency reading blueprints and CAD drawings
- Familiarity with software like Radan, Panel Builder, or CamPlus is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
