Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $22 - $30/hr
Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime on rare Saturdays as needed

Duties of the CNC operator / metal fabricator:
- Operate CNC-driven equipment to manufacture components for construction and building materials
- Accurately utilize tape measures, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements
- Perform shop math calculations to ensure product accuracy
- Bend and form metal components according to blueprints and technical specifications
- Collaborate with trainers and mentors to refine skills and techniques
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure high-quality output
Requirements of the CNC operator / metal fabricator:
- 5 years of experience in construction or metal manufacturing
- Demonstrated solid work history with longevity at previous roles
- Proficiency with measuring tools and blueprint reading
- Ability to pass a tape measure skills test during the interview process
- Successful completion of a national background check
