Lead Assembler

Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a lead assembler for the 2nd shift! We are looking for a motivated individual to train and direct assembly line workers, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. If you have strong organizational skills and assembly experience, we want to hear from you.

Location: Coon Rapids, MN

Wage: $24.25 /hr. Depending on experience

Hours: 3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday -Thursday

Duties of the lead assembler:

• Lead and train department employees in all assembly stations
• Ensure production schedule is met
• Assemble various machine models
• Follow established procedures
• Verify assembled machines meet quality standards
• Move machines as needed
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
• Keep paperwork in order

Requirements of the lead assembler:

• Over one year of cross-functional assembly experience
• Read a tape measure
• independently in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs.
