Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with after-hours and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for specialized manufacturing roles (CNC, welding, press brake, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet client company requirements
- Manage staffing software efficiently to fill orders and maintain candidate databases
- Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified talent
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing professionals and industry contacts
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with pre-assignment and I-9 requirements
- Oversee temporary employee performance and address any issues
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles such as CNC machinists, welders, and press brake operators
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of daily tasks and emails
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including after-hours and weekends
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience is required
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred)
