Office Manager – DIRECT HIRE

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office manager to oversee daily operations, support leadership and staff, and ensure the smooth running of our office. Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $40K - $60K per year, Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Duties of the office manager:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Scheduling and supply management
- Manage vendor relations
- Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline office workflows and procedures
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities and employee appreciation events
- Act as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration
- Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets
Requirements of the office manager:
- 3 years of experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate’s degree in business administration preferred
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
