Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Wage: Starting pay is $20 per hour.
Hours: 1st Shift, 6:30 am – 5 pm

Duties of the paint unloader:
- Unload painted products from the paint line
- Inspect products for quality, checking for defects or inconsistencies in the paint
- Report any quality issues, supply needs, equipment malfunctions, accidents, or injuries to the supervisor
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation as required
- Ensure a clean and organized work area by regularly cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools
- Operate hoists and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Sort and stack finished products for further processing or shipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support production goals
Requirements of the paint unloader:
- Push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
