Location: Elk River, MN
Wage: $28 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Duties of the plastic injection molding supervisor:
- Maintain, evolve, and manage the maintenance department.
- Train and schedule daily duties for the department.
- Oversee the safe and effective functions of the production floor and the company.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed.
- Manage robotic equipment and implement computer programming solutions where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
Requirements of the of the plastic injection molding supervisor:
- Proven experience with injection molding and maintenance.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer programming skills for robotic equipment (preferred).
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
