What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative / Office Assistant position at Twin Eagle Terminals Holdings, LLC?
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage waybill tracking and retention for hazmat railcar traffic.
- Assist with railcar inventory by releasing and departing cars in the company program.
- Create and manage purchase orders for various locations.
- Manage inventory of parts, office supplies, safety supplies, etc. in CMMS software.
- Order, organize, and maintain office and safety supplies as well as other items needed by terminal.
- Maintain various internal logs to assist HR and terminal managers.
- Handle confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
- General data entry.
- Assist with recruiting, applicant tracking, coordinating interviews and new hire onboarding for multiple locations.
- Assist management with scheduling meetings, making agenda, and taking notes during meetings.
- Assist in managing employee CBT’s, compliance tasks, visitor orientations, and other record keeping.
- Support field staff on as needed basis
- Other duties, as assigned, for day-to-day operations
- Reporting location of this position is Big Spring, Texas
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office preferred
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year previous clerical experience, preferred
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
