Admissions Coordinator and Admissions Concierge Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidates will manage the admissions process and ensure a seamless experience for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities : - Assist in the admissions process for new residents, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently - Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times - Ensure that resident rooms and common areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing - Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner - Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
