As a Bookkeeper, you will work in an administrative office setting in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00a to 5:00p; 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Support the VP of Fiscal Affairs of any duties assigned.
- Responsible for Petty Cash process and overseeing issues and questions that occur.
- Obtain approvals to open new bank accounts for new debit cards to be assigned to program staff.
- Answer and solve any questions or requests from phone calls outside the agency.
- Assist with any updates related to consumer financials. DDD Escrow, Escrow and CTF.
- Review check batches from Accounts Payable staff and assist rush batches accordingly.
- Record month end closing entries and correcting journal entries as needed.
- Research outstanding bank reconciliation items related to the operating account Research outstanding items recorded in balance sheet accounts.
- Pay monthly statements online for American Express, Home Depot and other vendors as needed.
- Assist with all year-end Audit
- Assist with AP email as needed in the absence of Accounts Payable Manager
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience;
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Non-profit experience preferred;
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
