We are looking for enthusiastic manager to provide an excellent customer service experience. Compensation includes wages and tips.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and supervise bar staff, including bar tenders and servers.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and order beverages and supplies as needed.
- Develop and update the bars drink menu.
- Ensure the bar complies with all local and state health regulations.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Maintain the bars appearance and cleanliness and ambiance.
- Ensure the bar operates effectively while maintaining a great customer experience.
Skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous knowledge of mixing and serving drinks preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy objects
