*Job Overview*
Twin Oaks Independent Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. We are currently hiring part and full time for second (3PM-11PM). As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in an in home personal care setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and personal autonomy
- Help with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for those under your care
*Skills*
- Experience in group home or senior care settings is preferred but not required
- Ability to provide personal care with empathy and respect
- Proficiency in caregiving tasks for individuals in home and community care settings
*Requirements*
- Clean background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proof of High School Diploma, GED, or current enrollment in a GED program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
