Compensation:
Typical Agent Earnings: $50,000–$150,000 Annually
Responsibilities:- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Assist clients in buying or selling properties, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Participate in shadowing opportunities to gain hands-on experience.
- Attend weekly team meetings, in-person workshops, and training sessions to build foundational skills.
- Work closely with mentors and coaches to develop your expertise in client relations and real estate transactions.
- Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations.
