Job Description:
Twin Orchard Country Club is seeking an experienced Broiler Cook to join our culinary team. The candidate must have experience using grill and broiler equipment to prepare steaks, chicken, and other meats.
Responsibilities:
- Cook steaks, chicken, and other meats to perfection using grill and broiler equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and broiler stations, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively during high-volume periods.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience cooking on a grill and broiler, with a strong focus on steaks, chicken, and other proteins.
