What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Twin Orchard Country Club?
Twin Orchard Country Club is hiring a Line Cook. Line Cooks are in charge of prepping food and plating dishes according to our menu specifications. Duties include preparing food and maintaining sanitation standards.
In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the chef’s exact specifications. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Job Duties
- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety
- Clean prep areas. Pack, label and store unused products per Chef’s direction.
- Stock inventory and
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen
Compensation: Hourly 18-22
