Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of food handling, processing techniques, and cooking
- Working with a sense of urgency and purpose
- Regulate the cleanliness and organization of the prep.
- All mise-en-place must be kept labeled and in an organized fashion in designated station areas.
- Aware and vigilant of any area of improvement in day-to-day responsibilities
- Fantastic standards of excellence
- Station break-down and deep clean must be done professionally and with pride
In addition to the required qualifications listed above, we are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is highly organized and an effective communicator. Must possess demonstrated ability to successfully lead a large group of employees while focusing on maintaining and elevating standards. Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary 68-75K
