4.    Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Track expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability. Maintain accurate inventory and pricing systems.

5.    Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create and update menus that align with customer preferences, market trends, and the restaurant’s concept. Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency.

6.    Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Implement promotional activities, manage online presence, and explore partnerships to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.

7.    Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards. Conduct regular inspections and train staff on proper procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.

8.    Vendor and Inventory Management: Source and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

9.    Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and propose initiatives to increase revenue and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
