Twin Peaks Veterinary Clinic specializes in small animal care. We offer exceptional customer service and high quality medicine.
Seeking a full-time receptionist. Evening and Saturday availability required. No Sundays.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and patients
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in & out, including receiving payment
- Making outbound phone calls
- Facilitating communication between pet owners and medical staff
- Directing the flow of the clinic
- General cleaning & office duties
Ideal Candidates will:
- Have a pleasant and professional phone manner
- Have basic computer skills
- Have good oral & written communication skills
- Be able to multi task effectively and efficiently
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment & independently

Previous customer service experience required.
Previous experience in Veterinary Medicine preferred.
Pay for this position may vary depending on experience.
