As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth in both established and developing markets.



Position Overview: The Sales Leader is responsible for driving and managing our sales initiatives across both new and existing markets. This role involves managing our existing multinational sales team, expanding the team to meet growth objectives, leading high-performing sales efforts, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new business channels and opportunities for growth.



The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, market development, retail sales, and wholesale environments. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to sell to retail clients, build and manage sales teams, and drive growth in competitive markets.



Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese considered a significant advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in both established and emerging markets.
  • Team Building and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing multinational sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Business Development and Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand into new channels, and enhance market presence through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.
  • Full Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure across online and offline channels.
  • Key Account and Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and distributors to optimize sales performance and strengthen brand partnerships.
  • Brand Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing brand potential in the market.
  • Data-Driven Strategy and Analytics: Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making processes, enhance sales strategies, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations that drive competitive advantage.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
  • Financial Management and Reporting: Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • International and Regional Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales plans that align with the company’s regional and international growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Innovative Approach to New Channels: Maintain a keen eye for emerging business channels, adapting sales approaches to leverage new market opportunities effectively.



Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience 3-5 years in a sales leadership role with demonstrated success in driving market growth, particularly in retail sales.
  • Market Development Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing new markets, with a strong background in wholesale & retail.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse, high-performance team.
  • International Sales Acumen: Experience managing international sales operations, including cross-cultural teams and working effectively across different time zones.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to support sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese considered a significant advantage.
  • Adaptability and Multi-Tasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus under pressure.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
