Follows direction of Production Supervisor to
assign and instruct personnel of daily production duties. -
Observes equipment operation, notifying
appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns. -
Provide accurate and timely feedback to
supervisor regarding any issues or problems that may arise during daily
production. -
Helps coordinate daily set up of equipment to
ensure the line is prepared to run on time. -
Complete required checks and measurements
record accurately. -
Assist in training and developing staff to
ensure a quality product. -
Working on Finding Yield lost or Cut
Improvement with Employees. -
Work before department start time in order to
assist with area set-ups. -
Accountable to maintain punctual and regular
attendance for scheduled work hours. -
Make sure lines and equipment are running
efficiently -
Makes sure all the proper equipment is used
(scales, assigned tools, etc.) -
