Position Summary: Performs specialized technical, secretarial, and administrative support duties typically for an educational administrator of an organizational unit having multiple sub-functions, or a Districtwide service with substantial secretarial needs. Coordinates and performs administrative projects, work flow, and support activities for the office and related functions.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $30.41 - $40.18 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Special Projects & Equity
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4 hours per day (Full district contribution for 6 hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: The position requires knowledge equivalent to an Associate Degree and two years of progressive administrative assistant/secretarial experience. Alternatively, may require one year of postsecondary education in a business profession and four years of experience. Additional administrative assistant/ secretarial experience may substitute for some higher education.
Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license.
