Job Description:
The District Facility Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing facilities operations, including capital project planning, budgeting, and execution. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve facilities maintenance and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
- Four years of experience in facilities and/or energy management, with experience above four years being substituted for years of educational experience on a one-for-one basis.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.
