As a Paraeducator III, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special needs. Additionally, you must have one year of experience working in a classroom environment containing students with special needs. Incumbents with additional college coursework may use it to substitute for some experience, and additional experience in an instruction support or health care environment may also be substituted for some post-secondary education.
