As a member of the Keystone Association of Christian Schools in Pennsylvania, Twin Valley Bible Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated PreK/Kindergarten Teacher for the upcoming academic year! Our mission is to inspire children to make God the master of their character, scholarship, and worldview, advancing the kingdom of God, and restoring the Christian foundation of America.
This in-person, full time role is ideal for individuals who are serious about investing their lives into future leaders and students. The position calls for a teacher who is multi-faceted and charismatic, able to engage with pre-K students on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then to swap over to teaching Kindergarteners on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. With as much fun and adventure as these age groups already bring to the classroom, the position is sure to bring the same into your workday each day!

Experience Level:

- $33,000 - $35,000 annually

Job Requirements:
- Be a regular, full member of Twin Valley Bible Chapel
- Refrain from public and private sins as required by both the Bible and the handbook of TVBC
- Live an exemplary life of spiritual godliness and growth before student, parent, staff, and outsider alike
- Serious about Christian education and determined to provide a Christian education with a Christian worldview
- Teaching two separate age groups at separate times during the week on a regular schedule
- Pre-K: Tuesday, Thursday
- Kindergarten: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Teaching students using both curriculum and/or lesson plans as may or may not be required by supervisors.
- Willingness to invest in the lives of future leaders and students
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a 6 ½ hour workday, 35 hours per week
- Required on location from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM daily
- Occasional required event assistance and attendance after hours
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage with children at their level
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying classroom materials, weighing perhaps between 10-35 pounds on occasion
- Able to lead students to safety in case of an emergency
