Twin Valley Middle/High School is a rural school found in Southern Vermont serving about 180 students in grades 6-12. Open for the 24-25 school year is a School-Based Clinician position.

Qualifications:
VT LICSW or LMHC
Responsibilities may include:
Provide Case management for 8-10 Targeted ( ) students
Coordinate Wrap-Around Services for intensive social/emotional (non-IEP)
Conduct Small Group Counseling/Social Skills
Conduct Home visits
Coordinate Family Counseling
Serve as a resource for DCF Reporting
Serve as a member of the Counseling Team
Co-respond to students in crisis
Consult at the Universal level around Social/Emotional Supports
