What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Consultant position at Twin Vee PowerCats?
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP professional to work with our team for a short-term 1-2 month contract to support system improvements, troubleshooting, data management, and workflow optimizations.
Our key challenge is completing the implementation of our manufacturing SAP, BOMs, sub BOMs, inventory coding and organization, connectivity and integration with sales orders, work orders, pick lists, inventory control and of course the accounting tie. We need a single hands-on person that will see the job through and then possibly be accessible on an ongoing consulting basis, we are not seeking a consulting group or head hunter.
This role requires an independent contractor (1099) with proven experience in SAP Business One or other SAP ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, optimize, and troubleshoot our SAP environment (or relevant SAP modules).
- Work with internal personnel to enhance workflows, reporting, and system configurations.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and process automation.
- Provide training and documentation to key team members as needed.
- Support integration with other business tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, optimization, or consulting.
- Expertise in SAP Business One (preferred) or other SAP ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes within SAP.
- Experience in data migration, custom reporting, and automation.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Contract Details
- Duration: 1-2 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or project-based rate (1099 contractor).
- Location: Indian River, St. Lucie, or Martin County. On-site visits as needed.
